Our Dove's Deluxe Dinner is a five-course seasonal celebration spotlighting peak local produce, warm spices, and perfectly cooked meats, with a subtle nod to the bold flavors of Mexico.

First Course:

Spring Crudite
whipped requeson, and herbs

Second Course:

Caballero Beans
chile broth, roasted chiles, and manchego

Third Course:

Charred Shrimp
fermented fresno butter

Fourth Course:

Coffee Rubbed Hanger Steak
apricot, hibiscus jus, new potatoes, and hoja santa
